The CARDIACT AED Trainer is designed for basic first aid and CPR training, providing a realistic simulation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to teach lay rescuers how to respond to sudden cardiac emergencies.

Featuring 10 pre-configured training scenarios, the trainer prepares rescuers for a variety of emergency situations. It includes both fully-automatic and semi-automatic scenarios, confirms correct pad placement on a CPR manikin, and follows current ANZCOR guidelines with a 100–120 bpm compression rate. A beeping metronome guides trainees to perform compressions at the correct pace.
